Thought Field Therapy and Emotional Freedom Technique are leading-edge techniques that form the basis for the expanding and exciting field of Energy Psychology. Often described as “emotional acupressure”, both work directly on the energy field of a person, clearing emotional blocks quickly and efficiently. Clients often get relief from painful emotions that have bothered them for years, many times in one session! I participated in 3 levels of training in TFT in 1997-1998 and teach an easy-to-learn version of this quick and powerful technique to almost all of my clients.
